First, I want to thank you for not only seeking out my page, but for allowing me a seat in your home, whether through radio or television, for the past three decades. It's been an honor to entertain and inform St Louis for a great majority of my life. 

 

At the age of 19, I was told I was a miracle patient after suffering the largest blood clot in medical history. In surviving that ordeal, I knew I would focus on dedicating myself to making an impact on this world. Since then, it's been my goal to change lives through health, wellness, and storytelling. I am now even more inspired to affect this world like never before, and I invite you along on this journey with me! I look forward to meeting you, and to challenging you to discover your full potential.
